Our event will focus on empowering people to consider their purchases carefully, develop an understanding of the environmental impacts of products and act with groups of like-minded individuals! We will be discussing overconsumption and we are excited to announce that our guest speaker will be sustainability expert Kate Reekie! We will also have a presentation on Quebec charity Équiterre and will be launching our new sustainable consumerism webpage, Brand Insider.
